Card Image Gallery: Other
Welcome to the card image gallery for Planeswalking in Kanto.
Below I'll be posting links to galleries organized by color in a similar
fashion to what you see on the official Magic: The Gathering card image
galleries. I'll be grouping multicolored, artifacts, and lands all
together since there aren't too many of them in comparison to the five
base colors. Let me know if you have any questions or feedback in the
comments and enjoy!

Agatha: I like that you are very aggressively costing this P/W. I think it may be a bit OP though, but I can't really say what to change without it feeling just the opposite. Maybe Limit the -5 to up to 5 creatures from that graveyard?
ReplyDeleteArticuno: Shit, this is just mean... Maybe limit the creatures this affects, like only flying creatures or only blue and white creatures?
Bruno: His ult is overkill. It could be 4 damage and still be lethal pretty much every time. Even 2 would almost always win the game.
Kabutops: This seems not terribly broken as a multicolored mythic. Wait. Shit, FALLBACK??? Dude, no.
Lorelei: That -3 is a blowout, and you can do it as early as turn 3. Something should be changed.
Moltres: Too good, even at mythic. 4/4 and this is MAYBE ok.
Omastar: Once again, Fallback just breaks this OP ability right in half.
Lightning Rod: Pretty sure the rules don't allow the first ability. Why not just make it turn into a 0/1 indestructible with defender?
Porygon: Is color changing really so powerful that this has to be an uncommon 2/2 for 4?
Victory Road: As I saw others mention, the wording on this has a gaping loophole.
Waterfall: this should probably say that this can only be used before combat on your turn.
Articuno was a mistake; it was supposed to be both blue and white, so that's already on the list. I need to do some more testing with Kabutops and Omastar to see just how OP they really are and see how I can adjust them accordingly. Lightning Rod might just be thrown out if I can't make it work as a noncreature. And yeah, I'll probably change Porygon to common.
DeleteThanks so much for going through the whole set and being so specific with your criticisms. It's so much nicer than just being like, "this set is crap, fix it!" Hopefully I'll be able to pump out a first major revision and get it public by early June.
