Card Image Gallery: White

Welcome to the card image gallery for Planeswalking in Kanto. Below I'll be posting links to galleries organized by color in a similar fashion to what you see on the official Magic: The Gathering card image galleries. I'll be grouping multicolored, artifacts, and lands all together since there aren't too many of them in comparison to the five base colors. Let me know if you have any questions or feedback in the comments and enjoy!

  1. White
Adaptability: Well balanced, nothing wrong here.
Aurora Beam: Also fairly balanced, could possibly even be a 2 drop.
Chancey: This should not be a common. Anything that pupms out tokens repeatedly like this should at least be uncommon.
Cloud Nine: How much of a game changer is this effect? Should it be rare? Does it belong in this set?
Comet Punch: Feels much more red than white, but I love the effect. Should definitely be an uncommon though. Also I feel like the wording could be tooled around a bit so that it would get around fallout and regenerate, which I think would be a great effect in limited play with this. Maybe something like "Tap target blocking creature. If that creature would leave the battlefield this turn, exile it instead."
Eevee: this is absolutely nuts as a common. Should be either 2W to cast or a 1/1 if common, or just bump it up a rarity or two.
Farfetch'd: This effect is a bit too good for common.
Focus Energy: This ability in the game was something that made your guy more powerful if you waited a turn to use him. I don't really see how that fits flavorfully.. Power level seems alright, even if the ability feels a lot more green than white.
Harden: this is crazy good. The cantrip necessitates this be uncommon for white.
Hitmonlee/Hitmonchan: These seem almost balanced, maybe a bit pushed. I don't understand the tapping effects flavorfully. Hitmonlee is far better than Hitmonchan, but their costs P/T and doublestrike are the same.
Jigglypuff: A bit too good at common. Can potentially lock down two creatures by itself given 2 turns and the mana.
Poke Flute: I love this card flavorfully, and the Johnny in me would want to break it so bad, but I have trouble seeing it's benefit in this environment.
Retreat: I know you're using the wording of regenerate, but this text just seems off. Maybe, "Target creature gains 'Fallback: 0'"?
Saffron Lass: too good. Needs to cost 1W and be uncommon. Or WW at common
Serene Grace: Not terribly powerful, but the effect doesn't feel like something that should be at common. Maybe up the life gain and change to uncommon or rare? I like the idea of a build around me instant/sorcery card for white.
Snorlax: Snorlax feels like the kind of unique pokemon that should at least be a rare. Well developed at common though, and I think this ability may even work to fix hitmonlee/hitmonchan
Substitute: In the game this felt like it would function much more like Flash Foliage, or maybe even something like Makeshift Mannequin. The way it is now it feels very very underpowered at that cost and rarity.
Swift: Giving so many things for 1 mana is pretty strong for common, but white can do efficient combat tricks so this may be fine.
Tackle: This is definitely a bit OP. Should be uncommon.
